Did a day ride on my bikepacking bike from the Lower Seymour Conservation Area past Rice Lake to the Seymour Lake Dam. The final approach to the Dam is along The Old Growth Trail which lives up to its name. Pristine and serene forest with creeks winding through it and about 12 bridges. The sounds are mostly natural of the tires either humming or crunching along the trail and of course my laboured breathing on the uphills. A great ride and beautiful place to explore on Vancouver's North Shore.
