Some cars line up at the start line at the Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard and you just know they are about to be thrashed to within an inch of their mechanical lives. But some you look and just think "nah, that's gonna have a gentle one".

These eight cars lined up and rather than trundling up the hill as expected, were thrown up the Goodwood tarmac in a way that cars at Goodwood should always be.
