Solyanik Yuri Alexandrovich and his lovely family visited the Chess Meetup at Amcorp Mall on Saturday 5th August 2023. Yuri interviewed me.
Background: Yuri is based in Egypt and runs a chess school. He was the European Blitz Champion 2001 🥇, a multiple Champion and prize-winner of the championships of the city of Krasnodar, Krasnodar Territory and Russia 🏆. He is an FM with a maximum rating of 2253. 10 years of coaching experience. His students have repeatedly taken part in the finals of the Czech Republic.

On that Saturday, we played SEVEN 5-minute blitz chess games, before and after the interview. The score was (if I can recall correctly):-
Frankie 1 0 1 1 1 0 0 0 = 4/8 points
Yuri 0 1 0 0 0 1 1 1 = 4/8 points
