Do you feel like someone is always in your mind ?
You try so hard to remove that person from your mind, but the harder you try, the more you think about that person.

Even if there is no communication between you and the other person, why are they in your thoughts ?
Why you cannot remove them from your thoughts even though you want to forget about this person?

According to my research and my experience, and in my own words, I've created this video and explained in two ways why someone is always in our mind without any communication.

I made some changes by my own knowledge in the information that I've got online through my research.
I edited this video by my own editing skills and adding my own voice.
