Here I show how to use a flirt pole with a very high energy and prey driven dog. Flirt poles are about the easiest pieces of equipment to make & one of the quickest ways to wear out a dog before obedience, meeting guests, or meeting other dogs. I do this with Ruger & my other dogs almost daily. I try to work in obedience during play by making him sit or down before I’ll give him the toy. We are still working on drop it at the moment!
