Disney has confirmed they're making changes to their Disability Access System. This, in an effort to limit or prevent guests from abusing or mis-using the system. The changes may or may not work, but today we'll get into not just what those fixes are, but also why the problem may be worse than they're letting on, how it began, and if maybe Disney is fixing the wrong problem.
