During the Ultralight Aircraft Flight Instructor course I got a training session with Henrik Svensson, KSAK Ålleberg. He is educating glider instructors, also in aerobatics. We performed spins and spin recovery and Henrik showed some aerobatic flying.

It was my first time in a glider, since 1980 and after sime struggle with the stick and rudder coordination I felt at home. I started glider flying when I was 15 years old and have around 70 hours, but that was a ling time ago. For sure, I will reactivate my glider licence.
