Children of Courage is an organization dedicated to educating and supporting children and teens whose lives have been impacted by separation or divorce. Its 14-year-old founder, Ava B., has created a website and series to engage with children and teens with the focus on helping them to live, speak, and share, courageously. For Ava, it is important to nurture and instill that message of courage. There are so many children and teens who have been silenced--their observations, their points of view, and their voices shut down. It is the goal of Children of Courage to encourage and instill self confidence, mindfulness, and courage in children and teens. The legacy of courage begins with the first courageous step!



In this second episode of Children of Courage, Ava uncovers some truths about fear. Specifically, the fear of being vulnerable. This type of fear has infiltrated many people’s lives and often, determines an individual’s life path. In this episode, Ava introduces some multi-generational perspectives on fear and how it has led each individual to the path they are on at this moment.
