Did you know that you can meet Jack Ryder right after entering Arkham City? Batman can meet up with him and get a rundown of the Political Prisoner side mission before rescuing Catwoman. This is the only time you can get this interaction, which is a shame, because this is some pretty great dialogue. Batman is quite a savage to Ryder.
