In the last video we unboxed and reviewed a pair of COVERT Camera Glasses. While they look very nice, they had some stuttering that made the video reliability poor. After changing to a fast memory card, we wanted to try it again, very much hoping it fixed the problem because these glasses are cool! Unfortunately, the stuttering kept happening which really is a game breaker for a POV point of view camera system.

Mom and Papa used poor Ethan as a target for their POV challenge between the covert camera glasses and an Osmo Action. He was working on his roller blading skills and we changed views often to provide a good comparison of sound and image quality. Pretty clearly the Osmo Action, even set for only 1080P to match the COVERT Glasses, crushed the glasses in a head to head comparison. That said, the glasses use a very tiny pin hole lens and look very nice while the Osmo Action is extremely obvious. Still, unless you are secretly recording a drug deal, the Osmo Action is the way to go if you have $200 instead of $50 for the glasses.

We chatted with the seller who will send us another pair that hopefully does not have the stuttering. When we get it we will try them out again with you guys. Especially since Mom really likes these but needs them to work reliably! If anyone is interested, they are located at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08NW49DBL And, for the record, this is NOT paid promotion. We actually purchased these. Mom needs a good POV systems that works good!
