Rowlett is a great area, well known for being a down-to-earth community with a variety of property types. Located right next to Lake Ray Hubbard. It is within the Garland Independent School District and is a choice school district, where parents can choose where their kids go to school within the district. The lake allows for some water activities, i.e. boating & fishing. It has a unique downtown area that has some awesome restaurants.
