This little dog was tied to a truck and left to freeze outside, with no proper shelter and tethered with a small chain that barely allowed him to move. And all that as a punishment for not being good at herding. Loki is now in our care at @HowlOfADog in Romania, he needs an adoptive family so if you think you can offer him a loving home, please let us know.
