BRITISH RAILWAYS IN THE 1990's
Kensington Olympia Station (West London) on 12th September 1995
Continuing with my archive of video recording between the years of 1986 to 2001 this clip is of Kensington Olympia Station (West London) taken on 12th September 1995. A rather short visit but always quite fruitfull in what was captured on film. The old class 117 DMUs shuttling between Kensington and Clapham Junction looking really smart. A class 47 calls on her way from Brighton to the Midlands via reading plus class 73s, 33 and an HST are witnessed alongside the Underground services. I hope the video takes you back to this period with fond memories. Feel free to comment, good or bad, all comments are read and greatly appreciated, but it is not always possible to answer each individually. Sit back and enjoy this latest production remembering all those now long gone Locomotive classes and other types of traction. Many thanks for all subscriptions and all of those viewers who have kindly shown an interest in my material.
