You can beat depression by staying active & moving towards new goals instead of dwelling on the ones that didn’t work out the in the past! As long as you woke up this morning, you have another shot at being great
Don’t sit still don’t replay all the bad things that have happen to you, bringing you negative energy. Don’t sit there stuck. Start moving again, trying new things again, new goals. & just move towards it everyday until you fall asleep, wake up do it again.
