Oscar-winning actress Emma Thompson and her mother Phyllida Law received honorary doctorates from the Royal Conservatoire.

The following day they took part in one of our Creative Conversation sessions in which they were interviewed on stage by Screen lecturer Andy Dougan. The aim of the Creative Conversation is to allow renowned practitioners to share insights into their craft with an audience of our students and invited guests.
