Shopping List:
1-2 lbs chicken wings
1 lemon (1/2 juiced)
2-3 tbsps butter
1 cup corn starch
lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp lemon zest
cooking spray
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder

Directions:
Part chicken wings into drums and flats and clean/rinse. Dry thoroughly! Season with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of corn starch and season to taste. Add wings to corn starch until lightly coated. Preheat air fryer to 390 and spray with cooking spray. Place wings into air fryer, leaving a little space between each one. Spray wings lightly with cooking spray. Set timer to 20 minutes. Flip every 5-7 minutes to ensure they are cooking evenly - reapplying cooking spray as needed. During the final 5-6 minutes, increase the temp to 450 to really get them nice and crispy. Remove when done.

In another mixing bowl, add melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and lemon pepper seasoning. Mix to combine. Toss wings in the lemon pepper sauce until evenly coated and serve!
