In today's video I'm sharing how I use a block schedule to manage my life as a busy mom and entrepreneur.

Thank you @rxbar for sponsoring this video.

@rxbar just launched a brand new line of bars for kids called RX Kids Protein Snack Bars. These new snack bars come in 4 flavors and have an oat base that makes for a softer more kid friendly bar. They also have no added sugar*, no artificial flavors and are gluten free! My kids loved the chocolate chip flavor.

My block schedule for working mom is great because I get the time to focus on a certain task for a dedicated amount of time each day and it allows me to be consistent with everything I need to do. That is so essential for me to have a bunch of incomplete tasks. It has worked wonders for me in my business. Time management for moms is important because we have so many things going on at any given time. It's important to stick to a schedule that allows you to get more done in less time. This time blocking for working moms schedule does exactly that!
