This is Europe’s most breathtaking mountain range, the Dolomites! Located in Northern Italy, and stretching along the border with Switzerland and Austria, the Dolomite Mountains are home to crystal-blue lakes, plenty of cycling and hiking trails, hilltop meadows, and much more.

We stayed first at La Vimea Biotique Hotel for the first few nights of our trip, where we enjoyed relaxing in the incredible facilities, eating plenty of delicious vegan food, and exploring the local area via e-bike. Learn more and book here: https://www.lavimea.com/

Next, we checked out La Vimea’s beautiful sister hotel high up in the eastern Dolomites, Paradiso Pure Living Hotel. Located within the UNESCO-protected Seiser Alm nature park, Paradiso offers 360 degree views of the highest meadow plateau in Europe! In addition to allowing you to fully unplug and reconnect with nature, the hotel is the first vegetarian-vegan hotel in the area, and is open for both summer hiking and winter skiing. Thank you to Fiat for providing us with the incredible, new Fiat 500e for this trip, whose range can be maximised at 320km, had no trouble climbing steep roads, and even charges itself when headed downhill. Learn more about it here: https://www.fiat.co.uk/500-electric/a...
