At the center of every village, there is a Mystical User ready to lead their shinobi through every conflict. In Konohagakure, they have been blessed by icons such as the legendary Senju brothers, Hashirama and Tobirama Senju, the prodigy known as Minato Namikaze, and now The Orange Noisy Ninja. In Sunagakure, Gaara leads the charge as the strongest Kazekage in the village's history. The Village Hidden in the Clouds has had powerful leader after leader, each being able to pick off where the last left off. The Hidden Stone Village has Muu and Onoki, the Second and Third Tsuchikage, and the Hidden Mist has the Trollkage himself Genetsu Hozuki. The list goes on and on and we can easily go on about each of these magical feats as individuals, but today we are here to answer one question. Out of all thirty supernatural ninja powers in this anime's history, who is the strongest of them all? Are the Hokages of the Hidden Leaf really the top dogs we have been led to believe them as?

In today's CBR video we are going to answer just that by ranking the top fifteen magical abilities by their strength, abilities, and feats. By the end, we will have our champion!
