Last Wednesday, Lucid Motor unveiled its very first production car - the Lucid Air sedan.

This high-end, high-ticket electric car is out of the price range for many, but as we discovered when we visited Lucid Motors in the San Francisco Bay prior to the reveal event, it promises to bring a lot of advancements to the electric car world that could dramatically accelerate the development of far more affordable, everyday electric cars as well.

In today's video, we hear from Lucid CEO and CTO Peter Rawlinson and Derek Jenkins, VP of Design at Lucid about some of the design and technical details of the Lucid Air you may have missed from the reveal event.
