Asthma: Learning to Breath Easier An Oral History Video presents the stories and experiences of those who have asthma and those who have children with asthma. It explores the issues surrounding the problem and the hope for a full life. Two mothers discuss their experience that they have had in different aspects of life, mainly concerning their children. Discussion includes opinions, doctors suggestions, experineces, scares, and reflection.
The project was completed for Writing, Research, and Technology, Spring 2010, taught by Dr. Bill Wolff, and received IRB approval. The video is attribution. The video was shot using the Flip Ultra video camera and edited using Windows Movie Maker and Photo Story 3. The music, titled Sebastian, is by Paco Santiago is the introduction soundtrack and the end peiec is Yellow Gold by Earthquake and Failed Mutations. The video was put together and recorded by Arielle W.
