1 - To obtain or buy
Ex: I need to get some bread from the store.

2 - To bring (something to somewhere).
Ex: Wait here while I get the car.

3 - To receive or be given something.
Ex: I got a nice gift for my birthday.

4 - To take or catch.
Ex: I will get the bus tomorrow.

The Phrasal Verbs

Get along - to have a friendly relationship
EX: My classmate and I get along weel.

Get on/off - to enter or leave or exit
Ex: We have to get on the bus at Charles Street and get off at 1st Avenue.

Get up - To stang or get out of bed
Ex: I don't want to get up early.

Get together - To meet (for social reason)
Ex: They are going to get together on the weekend.
