She realized successfully dozens of projects all around the world, with one common mission: creating sustainable business based on the local resources and rules if the nature. In 2008, in cooperation with Turin University, she presented the first mushrooms cultivated on coffee waste, which is today paradigm for the Blue economy way of doing business.
