Red Beans are something I grew up eating on Mondays! Red Beans are a big Louisiana favorite.
My Simple stove top red beans with onions, bell peppers, sausage, oxtails with chicken stock, water and seasonings. Cooked low and slow for 2 - 3 hours or until tender. So yummy.
Served over my favorite rice Supreme Rice.
We added some delicious fried chicken. Who knew that Club Soda in your Fried Chicken batter is so good? Chicken came out super crispy!!
