Las Vegas recorded the highest home prices ever for February 2024 and appears will break the all-time high home prices of 2022. Calls for a real estate market crash in Las Vegas have not come true as home prices are up substantially in the last year and with little indication they will drop anytime soon. A limited number of homes for sale are keeping home prices high with the average house over $20,000 more in value than it was just 2 months ago.
