We live on a chaotic rock hurling through an inhospitable universe. Life is fragile and there seems to be suffering everywhere you look. Sometimes, it can make us wonder just what the heck the point is to any of it.

But the more we look, we also see love and joy, beauty and kindness. We see people and animals playing for no reason at all. And therein lies the point. This precious time we have is ours to make of it as we wish. We can each make it as meaningful or as meaningless as we like. The choice is up to us.

In today's YouTube video, I talk about why we look for meaning, where to find it, and how we can all lead rich, meaningful lives. Only when we let go of the concept of needing meaning, only when we can play and laugh and love for no reason, that we find the meaning we were looking for.
