What an incredible trip this was! We have been doing these 2 day trips every year for the last 5 years, but missed out on last year.
Having this group back out on the water for a weekend was like a family reunion!
First day was a great steady bite all day. This second day was a lot slower, but really paid off right at the end! When these fish settled in on us with only 45 minutes left of daylight, they ate EVERYTHING in the water!
every rod fly lining on 40# and 50# along with couple bites on 80#.
Overall an amazing trip. Big thank you to Jamie for putting together this charter, and another big thank you to Captain Max and the crew aboard the Highliner for all their hard work and everything they do to show us a good time!
