Dr. Frank Li has years of experience prescribing controlled substances in Washington state. He told KATU he worked to wean patients off opioids.

Despite the success rate Li claims, in 2016 Washington state authorities accused his Seattle business of contributing to 18 opioid-related deaths.

KATU’s Victor Park pressed Li about those accusations.
