In this week's what's for dinner video I was able to make 3 easy meals that are perfect for working moms. I find myself falling back to basics. You know the meals that comforting and will stretch for at least 2 days. Cooking is definitely starting to feel like a chore but we must simply press on. Am I the only one feeling like this?
