Hey mommas & Daddy's! Need a break in the kitchen? These 3 recipes will help you feed your baby when you don't have much time to make a grand meal!
Recipes:
Egg/Veggie Muffins:
6 eggs
1/4 cup of heavy cream or milk
1/2 cup of spinach
1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup of chopped mixed veggies
season to taste (I used onion powder, garlic powder, basil,oregano and POKSPICES)
BAKED AT 375 FOR 15-20 MINS
PROTEIN BANANA OAT MUFFINS:
4 BANANAS
3 EGGS
1/4 CUP OF YOGURT
1/2 CUP ALMOND FLOUR
1/4 CUP GROUND FLAX SEED
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Bake at 375 for 20-25 mins
Coconut Oat Porridge:
1 cup of regular oats
1/2 cup of Trader Joes oats with ancient grains (if you don't have this use regular oats and add a tsp of chia and flax seed)
1 can of coconut milk
1 tsp of ginger
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 banana
4 cups of water
blend (add more water if too thick)
all recipes freeze well for up to 3 months
