The Corcoran Connection addresses the controversy with the property listing on 3925 Hixon Ave in Saint Cloud, FL in this video. Both Jeanine Corcoran, owner and broker, and Kimberly Gamble broker associate for The Corcoran Connection state the intention of why they took the listing for this property.

Jeanine asked Kimberly why she decided to accept the listing on Hixon Ave. Kimberly stated that her intentions were known by all parties from the beginning. Those intentions were to provide her proceeds from the sale of the property to the little boy who lost both of his parents.

Kimberly wanted something good to come out of a horrific situation. She knew people who worked with Nicole Montalvo, who went to school and grew up with her, and I wanted to give her little boy something.

Jeanine Corcoran then stated that perhaps we should have made our intentions known up front. However, it was our plan to bless Nicole’s son and not use this as a publicity stunt.

She continued that shining the limelight on us at The Corcoran Connection is not something we do here. Jeanine said that we are constantly and silently helping others in our community.

“As a woman of faith, I take it seriously and many may not agree with me but hopefully will respect me for it”. In Matthew chapter 6, Jeanine stated that the Bible mentions beware of practicing your righteousness before other people in order to be seen by them.

Kimberly then said whether The Corcoran Connection sells the house or not, the house is going to sell. Jeanine then added, let us be the ones to give back and Kimberly finished with yes, let us be the ones to give this little boy something back out of a horrific situation. Our intent was never to hurt anyone.
