filling
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/2 cup Chopped scallions & parsley
2 tbsp pickled bell peppers or 1/2 cup fresh peppers
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp cassareep
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp green seasoning
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp bouillon
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp seasoned salt add more if needed
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme

2 cups white cheddar cheese
1 cup sharp yellow cheddar
extra ketchup for topping
parsley for garnish
1 tbsp melted butter for basting
