Welcome to the Jeepmanking channel. This is going to be part three of a four part video series of our Alaska cruise trip leaving Vancouver, then off to Ketchikan, then Juno in Skagway to the glacier fjords and off to winter in our final destination, Anchorage, Alaska, where we fly home on this video. We visit the wonderful town of Skagway, where one of the big gold rush is started. We take a train ride up to the mountaintop right along the pass, where the true prospectors of the gold rush walked in, carry their goods to the top of the peak, where they would meet, the Canadian Mounties. Here they would have to have at least one year supply of goods to get them through before being allowed into Canada from there. They had the traverse down the mountain to river and build a raft and load all of their supplies on it and then float 530 something miles to wear gold what is discovered so come along this great journey and enjoy part of Alaska like we did.
