So as you all know we have been talking massively about REITs over the past few days as it has become timely and relevant in today’s investment landscape because of the new REIT listings that will happen in the next few weeks and months.

I want to show you a computation how you can make 15 Million Pesos by investing in REITS but before that this video started with this question?

First of all, you have an amazing mindset! You are thinking about how many years you want to invest and how much you want to put it. You are not after a jackpot and trying to get rich quick!

You will not take out the money
You will reinvest the earnings
The dividend yield that you will get will stay flat at 5% for the period of time.
