I am a beginner when it comes to archery. I have been shooting my compound bow for about 9 months. Early on, John Dudley and Nock On Archery popped up in my YouTube feed. I have probably watched hundreds of hours of John Dudley's videos. He has a multitude of different topics on his channel and website. He talks about different equipment, hunting trips and tips, and interviews some of the leading experts throughout the industry. The School of Nock had taught me how to shoot.
So because of all this free information, I support his channel by purchasing a lot of his gear. The Nock On Axis arrows are my latest purchase. I bought all of the gear needed, from his website, to build these arrows myself. These whole process of building these arrows is a lot of fun. I have learned so many new things about arrows.
I have been shooting these arrows for about a month. I paper tuned, walk back tuned, and reset my sight to get these arrows shooting to the best of my ability. I am very impressed. They are super accurate. I recently took them to the Riverside Archers 3D event, and had my best result.
Depending on the spine and length of your arrow setup, these arrows can be very heavy. You should be aware of how much a heavier arrow will affect your flight path. My arrows were shooting 12 yards shorter from 50 yards.
