Iran launched over 300 drones and ballistic missiles toward Israel early Sunday morning, almost all of which were shot down by Israel’s anti-missile defense system which is backed by the U.S. and Britain. Iranian leaders say the attack was in retaliation for a suspected Israeli airstrike two weeks ago on an Iranian embassy building in Syria, which killed two generals.
