@Squishey the Bekavo visor isn't going up or down, it's not sliding and it keeps getting stuck. So, I got a replacement glide wire and I tore my helmet apart and installed the new wire. The warranty is still good. I didn't want to have to send it to the retailer, then have it sent to certified repair, then wait for repair to get the part, then wait for the repair, then wait to have it sent back, and then wait more to be able to pick it up.

So, I got the part and fixed it myself. I don't recommend it, because it could void my warranty. I told the guy I would gladly buy it and fix it myself. I ride almost everyday and I would be miserable with out my helmet.
