400 sqft garage that was converted to an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Units). We made a large french door entry door to the unit with a high vaulted ceiling to give the unit a large space feeling. The unit includes one bedroom, bathroom, living room, laundry room, and full kitchen. The unit has a 2 zone mini split, one for the bedroom and one for the kitchen/living room area. We made a privacy gated front yard with a white vinyl fence and a separate electric panel box. The stove, dryer, and tankless water heater working on gas for better efficiency and exterior lights turned on automatic when it gets dark.
