Salty Gears is stoked to share this Toyota Tacoma Build by our good friend Talon Sei. Buckle up because there is a lot to talk about.

This truck started as a 2021 Access Cab TRD-Off Road Tacoma and was modified right out of the gate. It has C4 Front and Rear bumpers, rock sliders and a host of C4 skid plates protecting the bottom of the truck. A Warn Evo winch with synthetic rope is mounted on the front bumper along with the all white Diode Dynamics Fog lights and light bar. The Alpha Rex headlights and tail lights go great with the custom Talon Sei signature gray camo wrap by Lucid Wraps. An Airaid snorkel feeds into an Injen intake providing clean cool air for the CVC 3.0 Tuned engine. The stock gearing has been replaced with Nitro 5.29 gears to help drive the extra weight and the 35" Toyo Open Country M/T Tires mounted on 17" Black Rhino Abrams wheels. The front suspension is Fox 2.5 DSC with a +650lb spring and the rear suspension is also Fox 2.5 DSC but Talon opted to run Fox's Tundra version of this shock for the extra down travel. Along with the rear Fox shocks there are Deaver Expedition Series Stage II leaf springs and Firestone Ride-Rite airbags. The factory drum breaks in the rear have been converted to disk breaks and both the front and rear have been upgraded to Stoptech breaks.

Inside the truck Talon got rid of the access cab rear seats and is running a Goose Gear Seat Delete system instead. At the front he installed an Expedition Essentials 3TPAM Accessory mount where he has a phone mount, Garman inReach and Garmen Overlander. On the rear bumper there is a set of Maxtrax, Rotopax and an identical full size spare.

The last thing to show off was the Kimbo Series 6 on the back of the truck. This camper is super well built right here in the U.S.A. and the base weight is only 900lbs. Inside the camper is spacious especially when considering you are sitting in the bed of a midsize truck.
