On this episode of EatUp Silicon Valley, Sam and Serg head to downtown San Jose to try the amazing fusion style Mexican food at Tostadas.

Tostadas opened their doors in 2019 and are immediately making a splash with the delicious food and Mexican inspired drinks. Owners Alex (25 years old) and Victor (23 years old) are killing it. They hail from one of the worlds greatest food cities, Mexico City!

Their fusion style of Mexican food is what really makes this place so unique. We got to try the Tres Leches French Toast, the Mexican Dip (their version of the French Dip), Tinga Tostada, Aguachile, Mexican Sweet Corn Soup (Esquites) and more! If you're thirsty, definitely try their Michelada and Paloma, they're unreal!
