Dubai Mall has shattered its own records, welcoming an astounding 105 million visitors in 2023, marking a remarkable 19% increase from the previous year's 88 million, according to the latest data released by the mal.The figures also reveal a staggering influx of 20 million visitors in the first two months of 2024 alone, indicating another promising year ahead for the renowned shopping destination.


Mohamed Alabbar, the founder of Emaar, expressed pride in Dubai Mall's achievement, attributing its success to Dubai's forward-thinking leadership and robust economy. He emphasised the mall's role in embodying the city's vibrant spirit and commitment to excellence.


Global Appeal

Highlighting the mall's global allure, Alabbar underscored the diverse range of nationalities among its visitors, which not only reflects the mall's international charm but also mirrors Dubai's cosmopolitan culture.The mall's events and promotions throughout 2023 and the beginning of 2024 played a pivotal role in attracting massive crowds. Major occasions such as the Dubai Shopping Festival, Dubai Food Festival, and the acclaimed 3 Day Super Sale contributed to the surge in foot traffic, showcasing the mall's ability to engage visitors through various festivities.


Dubai Mall's digital presence witnessed significant growth, boasting an Instagram following of 1.3 million. Moreover, the mall maintained an impressive customer satisfaction rating of 4.6, indicative of positive feedback from thousands of patrons.
