Shiplapping one wall in a room looks best when you have no seams. Some people prefer the rugged farmhouse look with uneven shiplap that looks like it's been there for years...But not this Guy! I like my shiplap to look seamless and beautiful. It's a lot easier than you might think. Between this video and my "15 Shiplap Installation Don'ts" video (link below), you will have pretty much all of the wisdom you will need for any shiplap project. Installing shiplap can be pretty fun and the final product, very satisfying.

My good friend Dusty Bottoms joins me for this special episode of Dude Sawdust. He's got some serious skills when it comes to finish carpentry and knows how to install shiplap like a beast, and I must admit it is nice to have someone in the shop with me as it sometimes can get a bit lonely producing killer content all by myself.
