The way you think first thing in the morning will set the tone for the rest of your day. It is a human tendency to wake up and instantly start to think about your problems and all the things that are wrong with your life. The habit of doing this means that you will always be creating the same experiences, based in the lack and limitation of the past. If you can discipline your mind in the first moments of your day to FOCUS on what is good and what you are grateful for and the love that you are, your future life will change.
What you are thinking about now is determining your future experiences.
Wake up with positive messages and images and set the tone for your day and your life to receive all of the goodies that life has to offer.

It is your choice, it is up to you to make the decision about how you wish to feel and think.

Fall in love with yourself and your life and life will show you just how much it loves you back.

The words 'I AM" have potent and reality changing frequencies. Whatever feelings or intentions you put after the words I AM will create your reality. You have been doing it your whole life. It is time to take control of this subconscious programming and align yourself with gratitude, love, abundance, joy and happiness. An extraordinary life is waiting for you.
