The medium temperature for a streak is 60C to 65C or 140F to 150F

For this recipe you need:

2 sirloin steaks
2tbsp vegetable oil
1/2tsp freshly grounded black pepper
1tsp rock salt or 1/2 tsp of normal table salt will do the job
1 sprig of thyme
1 sprig of rosemary
2 cloves of garlic
25gr butter
