After almost 3 years and 85,000 miles driving the Michelin Cross lclimate to tires, I decided to pull it over and put the tires to the test. Today, we pull out the tire gauge and measure a brand new Michelin crossclimate 2 as well as the 3-year old one that has been chugging along.

Tread Depth on a tire is the depth from the top of the tread to the bottom of the tread. Legally, 2/32 of an inch is in violation of the law, whereas 3/32 of an inch is considered worn out and needing replacement. the Michelin crossclimate2 tires come at 10/32 of an inch from the factory.

Also unique, these tires have a full depth tread pattern; this allows Michelin to outclass other competitors like Firestone, bridgestone, or other competitors in durability, longevity, and performance of the tires.
