Just say "OK Google" and you can control your home. I'm using Vera as my home automation controller but any other controller that has a Tasker plugin could be used. The apps I'm using are: AutoVoice, Tasker, AutHomationHD*, and Google Now (download from the Play Store). If you already own an Android device this is a cheap way to add voice control to your home automation.
