- This is a great thing to include when you describe yourself in a job interview!
- Goal setters are renowned for being people who consistently achieve great things in their work and in their everyday lives.

#4 - You have the SKILLS & QUALITIES to match the JOB DESCRIPTION 02:38
- The job description is the blueprint for the role you are applying for.
- By referencing this document when describing yourself, you are showing the interviewer you understand how important it is to have the applicable skills and qualities to succeed in the role!

#5 - You are LOYAL & TRUSTWORTHY 03:08
- Two of the most important qualities a hiring manager or recruiter will seek from a potential employee are loyalty and trustworthiness.
- If they can trust you, and you are loyal, your chances of success will increase!
