Polymer clay and Cosclay, (which is a flexible polymer clay) are baked before painting with acrylics. The air dry clay and the foamex board did not go in the oven. The foamex base board did curve slightly when the clay was drying so I would probably use a plywood base instead next time.

The powder that I sprinkled over the glue on the river banks was grout. I then sprayed that with a mixture of 1 part Mod Podge Matt and 3 parts water, to make sure the grout soaked and fixed.

The resin I used was: Alumilite Amazing Deep Pour. I found this worked really well and almost all the bubbles came out on their own. I used Plexi Glass, hot glued and taped to the river banks to hold it. I added a tiny amount of blue and green alcohol ink to it to give it a deeper river colour.

The water ripples were made with Mod Podge Gloss and Gloss Gel then I painted white acrylic paint for some water spray

IMPORTANT - Always use suitable protective equipment with epoxy, it can be very bad for your health
