1. Land Price - Did the developer get it at a good price?
2. Location - We know this is important :)
3. Launching Price - Will the developer launch it above or below 15% profit margin?
4. Exit Strategy - Is it easy to sell at a profit 3 years later?

**Finally I will give an overall savvy scoring. (This is based on my estimation before the launch day. If price is lower than expected, scoring will be adjusted :)
