U.S State Secretary Antony Blinken, in his first public remarks following Iran’s attack on Israel, sent a veiled message to Tel Aviv to act with restraint. Blinken also called foreign ministers of Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Egypt on Monday to deescalate crisis in the Middle East following Iran’s strikes on Israel.
